These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "User") and bgaming (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bgaming.cam.
By accessing the bgaming platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any product or service offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, request the closure of your account.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
§3.1 Access to and use of the bgaming Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies to all users regardless of their jurisdiction of residence. Any attempt to register an account by an individual under the age of 21 is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence in certain jurisdictions.
bgaming reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage, including prior to account approval, prior to first withdrawal, and at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension and, in the case of confirmed underage gambling, forfeiture of any balance held.
§3.2 Registration and use of bgaming is not available to individuals residing in or accessing the Platform from Prohibited Territories. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bgaming does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
§3.3 Each individual may maintain only one active Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts — whether opened using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bgaming may close all but the original account, void any transactions processed through duplicate accounts, and forfeit any associated balances.
§4.1 To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete registration information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times. Notification of any changes must be submitted to bgaming via the customer support channel.
§4.2 Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, bgaming requires satisfactory completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following documents are typically required:
bgaming reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission of complete documentation.
§4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account with any third party. bgaming will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
§5.1 bgaming accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). All MYR deposits are processed at face value without currency conversion charges imposed by bgaming. Charges imposed by your payment provider are outside bgaming's control.
§5.2 The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for local payment methods and the equivalent for cryptocurrency deposits. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific promotions may differ; relevant promotion terms will state applicable minimums where they vary from this standard.
§5.3 You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your bgaming Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. bgaming does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be voided and returned, pending AML review.
§6.1 To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Account, you must: (a) have completed the KYC verification process to bgaming's satisfaction; (b) have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements in full; (c) not have a withdrawal amount that exceeds your applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limit; and (d) have an Account in good standing with no active disputes, fraud flags, or pending compliance reviews.
§6.2 bgaming endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:
These timeframes are indicative only. bgaming does not guarantee withdrawal processing within the stated times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, receiving institutions, or circumstances outside bgaming's control.
§6.3 Withdrawals must, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bgaming reserves the right to require withdrawal via bank transfer for compliance purposes, and to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
§7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional awards offered by bgaming are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
§7.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.
§7.3 bgaming prohibits bonus abuse in all forms, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses, employing low-risk strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, and participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other Players. Where bonus abuse is detected, bgaming reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account.
§7.4 The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus is available to verified Players who deposit using BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC. The bonus is capped at MYR 688 per eligible deposit. The bonus is credited to the Player's Account within 24 hours of deposit confirmation and is subject to standard wagering requirements as specified in the promotion terms. This promotion is available to players aged 21 and above only.
§8.1 All casino games on the bgaming Platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous results, by the Player's account balance, or by any other factor other than random generation.
§8.2 Sports betting markets, including those covering the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events, are subject to bgaming's Sportsbook Rules, which govern market settlement, void bets, in-play betting, and related matters. These rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
§8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects a game round or bet, bgaming reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. bgaming shall not be liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
§9 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bgaming Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

§11 All content on the bgaming Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual content, text, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of bgaming or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of bgaming.
§12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bgaming has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
§12.2 bgaming's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
§12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bgaming's liability for death or personal injury caused by bgaming's gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
§13.1 bgaming reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to retain balances pending investigation — in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; (c) provision of false registration information; (d) Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; (e) receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment processor; or (f) where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
§13.2 You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the bgaming customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bgaming will close the Account and process any eligible withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance in accordance with these Terms. Active bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
§13.3 An Account is considered inactive if the Player has not logged in for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. bgaming reserves the right to charge an administrative fee on inactive account balances after the applicable dormancy period, subject to prior written notification to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to contact support to reactivate or close their account before the dormancy threshold is reached.
§14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bgaming holds its operating licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
§14.2 Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage Players to contact bgaming's customer support team to seek resolution of any complaint or dispute informally. bgaming will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
§15 bgaming reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, bgaming will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
